Building on the success of the 2008 Conference with its theme “CRM: a box office headache or a marriage made in heaven?” attracting 120 delegates, the theme for the 2009 Conference is “Strike Gold: Mining Box Office Knowledge”. The 2009 Conference theme builds on the foundation provided by the 2008 Conference and explores the exploitation of the informational asset in the data collected at the box office.
