The fourth national Ticketing Professionals
Conference in 2008 was hosted in Melbourne at The Arts Centre.
Ticketing, CRM, marketing and other entertainment professionals
explored the latest developments in ticketing and marketing
with a focus upon Customer Relationship Management (CRM) in
2008.

heaven?
Over three busy days we heard from national
and international experts and networked with peers from around
Australia. Speakers came from UK, New Zealand, Ireland and
the USA. As part of the conference, system vendors were on
hand to provide training sessions, as well as discuss and
demonstrate recent advances in ticketing & CRM.
